The trail running routes in the Crisului Repede Gorge are technical and demanding, representing a real challenge even for the most experienced runners. Contributing to this is the fact that, almost without exception, the trail running routes in this area have large differences in level, ascents and descents that seriously test the endurance of those who dare to approach them. The “Primavera Trail Race” competitions take place here every year and this is not at all accidental. Those who have already run around the area say it’s worth coming back here. The panoramic views and the karst landscape fully reward the effort made by the runners.

The Devențului route
The Devențului route reveals to the athletes who cross it panoramic images over the Crisului Repede Gorge, offering them the possibility to run in an area defined by ispectacular karst landscape.
The Pojorata route
On its first 14 km, the Pojorâta trail running route is common with the Deventului one. This route passes by the Devenţului caves, through the Crisului Repede Gorge and includes viewpoints on both sides.
The Mișidului Route
The route of the Mișid Valley is as short as it is spectacular. The route crosses the stream, through the valley from which it took its name, giving runners the opportunity to cool off in the cold mountain water.
