View LargeAn unmissable objective on the way to the Meziad cave, the secular oak from Remetea is an old tree about 600 years old.

The last survivor of a secular forest that once stretched between the villages of Remetea and Meziad, the tree urges you to think of the forests of yesteryear and their stories of outlaws.
Considered a true symbol of Remetea commune, the secular oak about 25 meters high and with a diameter of almost two meters, is located right on the edge of the communal road 764C that connects the center of the village with Meziad.
